HEATHER MCMILLS, born and raised in California, attended the University of San Diego and UC Berkeley - focusing her 25+ year career on wealth management, investment banking, and banking technology, as a subject matter expert. Heather advises boards and HOAs on fiscal and operational hygiene to increase reserves and property values. Heather lives with her family in Marin County, California - is a Bronze Age History buff, loves numbers, and interior design.

JILL DUFFY, born and raised in Washington, attended Gonzaga University and subsequently led a career structuring global property and casualty programs for global insurers, Travelers and AIG, as a global underwriting subject matter expert. Jill joined Heather McMills to form McMills Duffy Consulting Group in 2025. Jill now applies her 25+ years experience in corporate risk and liability mitigation to helping HOA Boards assess and reduce all types of risk and liabilities (legal, financial, property, director, homeowner). Jill lives with her family in Marin County, California, is an avid bocce player, and loves acquiring collectibles from East Asia.
